Minnesota Supplier Showcase Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in nominating a supplier to be featured at the Minnesota Supplier Showcase on June 18, 2012. This form is for nominating companies to provide information about a notable supplier. This event will focus on Marketing & Sales suppliers:

  • Showcased companies will have products and services that enable companies to reach, connect and convert customers or provide supporting analytics/ measurement to make Marketing and Sales activities more effective
  • Examples include, but are not limited to: mobile, social or digital media design and execution, point-of-sale technology/ data analysis, promotional activities, marketing intelligence/ analytics or other marketing and sales technologies, products and services
Qualifications for nominated companies include:
  • Company is based or has substantial operations in Minnesota
  • Company has demonstrated ability to serve a large (>500 employee) client
  • Additional business from MN companies could drive increased employment in MN
  • Company is a small or medium-sized business with <500 employees or <$300 million in annual revenue
Overview of the nomination process:
  • Nominations may be made by a large company, government agency or other organization that has experience with a supplier
  • Nominations are due by May 15, 2012
  • Once a nomination is submitted, the nominated company will receive a request for additional information (the nominator does not need to notify the company)
  • A panel of subject matter experts will review all nominations to select finalists for the June 18 Showcase
  • Finalists will be notified on or about June 5
